Great weekend with young intern doctors at Galway Hospital this weekend. They learned about applying creative training techniques to the 121 and small group sessions they run for undergrads. It was like creating and running a conference in 2 days! Galway are bidding for City Of Culture in 2020 - they've got my vote already!
